When you install and use the App, we access Shopify store data you authorize through OAuth scopes, which may include:
If you enable email alerts, we store the alert email address and alert preferences you submit in the App.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled through Shopify Billing; we store subscription status needed to enforce access.
We use this data only to operate the App: generate forecasts and buy lists, show charts, send the daily alert emails you enable, process billing status, and maintain your installation.
Access tokens, alert settings, and related app data are stored on our hosting provider for your installed shops. When you uninstall the App, we delete stored tokens and related shop data according to our uninstall webhook handling and Shopify’s data protection requests.
We do not sell your data. We may use infrastructure providers (for example hosting and email delivery) strictly to run the App. Shopify remains the source of store data under your Shopify agreement.
We use HTTPS and Shopify session/OAuth mechanisms to protect access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Merchants and customers may have rights under applicable law. We respond to Shopify GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) as required for App Store apps.
